Church Family,

Beginning this week, our church will be making a change with our online giving provider. Our church will be switching from Pushpay to Subsplash. If you are not giving online, this will not affect you in any way.
 
If you are currently giving online, you will need to create a new profile through Subsplash to continue to give. Below are steps to set up your profile.
 
If you have a reoccurring gift set up through Pushpay, you will need to cancel your reoccurring gifts through Pushpay and then set up a reoccurring gift through Subsplash. We also have steps below that will help you through that. As always, please feel free to reach out to Vicki Turner or Bro. Clay if you have any questions about setting up your new reoccurring gifts.

One Platform

You will also notice a few changes coming to our church app. Now our website, app and giving platform are all within Subsplash. This makes cost and user interaction more streamlined.

Not only is Subsplash certified for the highest encryption and security, but the process of giving online can also take less than one minute.

GET STARTED MAKING THE SWITCH

STEP 1 - SET UP YOUR SUBSPLASH ACCOUNT

Everyone who gives online will need to complete this step in order to continue to give. You can setup your account by clicking the button below. We also have a short clip available that walks you through the steps.

STEP 2 - CANCEL YOUR REOCCURRING GIFTS ON PUSHPAY

(YOU CAN SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A REOCCURRING GIFT SET UP ON PUSHPAY)
Note: The church can also do this step for you. Please call 334-677-5387 to let us help

1. SIGN IN TO PUSHPAY

Sign in to your account through the link below.

2. FIND REOCCURRING GIFTS

Once you've signed in to your account, on the right side of your screen you will see a section labeled "Reoccurring Gifts". Once you find it, click "Memphis Baptist Church".

3. CANCEL YOUR GIFTS

Click on the cancel button to cancel your reoccurring gifts on Pushpay.
